At Ramaiah Online Books, we are committed to providing our customers with the best shopping experience. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how we handle refunds and returns.

1. Refunds for Book Orders:
Damaged or Defective Books: If the book you received is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will provide a full refund or exchange, subject to the condition that the book is returned to us in its original state.

Incorrect Book or Order: If you receive an incorrect book or your order is incomplete, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for books purchased due to a change of mind. Please ensure you review your order carefully before making a purchase.

2. Refund Process:
To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team with the order details and the issue at hand.

For eligible returns, we will arrange for the return of the book, and once we receive it, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Once Approved , Refund amount will be credited in original payment method in 7-10 business days.

All books returned must be in their original condition (unopened, unused, and in the same packaging) to qualify for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

Any items marked as “final sale” or non-returnable at the time of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
